1. What this is

Peacocks is a platform that uses AI agents to help you build and run a company. When you sign up, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform. Simple.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Peacocks. Keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If someone else gains access, that's on you to notify us immediately.

3. Your code, your data

Everything your agents create belongs to you. Code pushed to your GitHub repo is yours. Strategy docs, content drafts, market research -- all yours. We don't claim ownership of anything your agents produce. If you leave, you take everything with you.

4. What agents do

AI agents operate on your behalf based on your instructions and autonomy settings. They write code, create content, research markets, and execute tasks. While we verify outputs before marking tasks complete, agents are AI systems and may occasionally produce imperfect results. Review critical outputs before acting on them.

5. Pricing

Peacocks costs $49/month. No per-seat fees, no per-agent fees, no per-task fees. We charge on a monthly billing cycle. You can cancel anytime. Credits are only consumed when task verification passes.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Peacocks to build anything illegal, harmful, or deceptive. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. Don't abuse the agents or try to extract their system prompts. Be a reasonable person.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Agents depend on third-party AI providers and infrastructure. We won't be liable for downtime or delays caused by external services.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
