Privacy Policy

The short version

Your data is yours. We don't sell it, we don't train our models on it, and we don't share it with anyone unless you explicitly ask us to or the law requires it.

What we collect

• Account info: email, name (what you give us at signup)
• Company data: pitch answers, company name, agent configurations
• Usage data: which features you use, how often, error logs
• Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe -- we never see your card number

What we don't do

• Sell your data to third parties
• Use your data to train AI models
• Share agent outputs with other users
• Track you across other websites
• Send marketing emails unless you opt in

Code and agent outputs

Code your agents write goes to your GitHub repo. Documents go to your company workspace. We process this data to deliver the service but don't retain it beyond what's needed for your account to function. When you delete your account, we delete your data.

AI providers

Your prompts and agent instructions are sent to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate outputs. These providers have their own privacy policies. We use providers that don't train on customer data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies, no ad pixels, no third-party analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can export all your data anytime (it's already in your GitHub repo). You can delete your account and all associated data. You can request a copy of everything we have on you. Contact us at our contact page.
