Getting Started

  • Sign up at peacocks.dev/signup. Takes 30 seconds.
  • You'll meet your Advisor -- a dry-humored AI mentor who walks you through the setup. Answer six questions about your idea, your customer, and your preferences.
  • Pick a company name (our naming engine generates phonetically optimized candidates, or type your own).
  • Choose your agent team. The Strategist is always on. Engineer, Growth Lead, and Ops Manager are optional but recommended.
  • Hit launch. Your agents start working immediately.

The Onboarding Flow

  • Advisor Intro: Meet your mentor. He's been doing this a while. Mrs. Peacock might interrupt. Don't worry about it.
  • Pitch Questions: Six questions covering your elevator pitch, target customer, differentiation, day-one needs, background, and autonomy preference.
  • Naming: The engine generates 12-15 candidates using phonetic architecture research. Plosive openings for punch, front vowels for precision. Pick one or bring your own.
  • Team Assembly: Select which agents to activate. Each has defined capabilities and a visible task queue.
  • Launch: Your Strategist generates initial tasks. Your subdomain goes live. The dashboard populates with real work.

The Dashboard

  • Overview: Revenue, task count, agent status at a glance.
  • Tasks: Every task your agents create or complete. Filterable by status and category.
  • AI Agents: Your team's status, capabilities, and task history.
  • Brand: Company identity and branding assets (coming soon).
  • Team: Human team members and AI agents in one view.
  • Money: Revenue tracking and billing (Stripe integration coming soon).
  • Links: Your subdomain and GitHub repo.
  • Documents: Strategy docs, market research, and content drafts created by your agents.
  • Settings: Autonomy level, company status, and configuration.

AI Agents

  • Strategist (always active): Researches your market, analyzes competitors, generates and prioritizes tasks, coordinates between other agents. The brain of the operation.
  • Engineer: Writes React, Next.js, and Node.js code. Deploys to Vercel. Pushes to your GitHub repo. Tests before deploying.
  • Growth Lead: Creates content, manages social presence, runs outreach campaigns, tracks growth metrics.
  • Ops Manager: Handles email, manages support, monitors analytics, handles billing setup.
  • Each agent has a visible task queue, status indicator, and verification system. Credits are only consumed when task verification passes.

FAQ

  • Do I own my code? Yes. Everything goes to your GitHub repo. If you leave, you take it all.
  • Can I export my data? Your code is already in your repo. Documents and strategy can be exported anytime.
  • What AI models do you use? We use Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI models, selected per task for best results.
  • Is my data used for training? No. We use AI providers that don't train on customer data.
  • What happens if an agent makes a mistake? Every task goes through verification. Failed tasks don't consume credits and get flagged for review.
  • Can I add human team members? Not yet. Coming soon.
